Thanks for enjoying my new tumblr with me. I’m ecstatic to have a place to collect all the beautiful and inspiring photography floating around the web. I’m also grateful to all of you who have reblogged and liked my personal photos (notably Quinta da Regaleira which now has over 650 notes!).

While this tumblr exists primarily for me, and is surely no place for promotion, I cannot contain my excitement at having my personal photobook Forks & Jets chosen as a finalist in the PBN Int’l Juried Competition for photo books. This book represents a yearlong trip I took with my husband: visiting 26 countries and sampling as much local fare as possible. Putting the book itself together was also an extensive labor, and now it features over 300 pages, 20 recipes, and hundreds of memories.
